Garrett Curran grew up in Hull, Massachusetts where, as a kid, he could be found jumping off cliffs at Gunrock Beach, sailing tiny boats in Boston harbor, and racking up tickets at the arcade on Nantasket. Garrett Curran grew up in Hull, Massachusetts where, as a kid, he could be found jumping off cliffs at Gunrock Beach, sailing tiny boats in Boston harbor, and racking up tickets at the arcade on Nantasket. He has called Cape Cod home since 2018 along with his wife Molly (they met in 2002 while high school students at Tabor Academy !) and their two young children — and feel lucky to be raising their family so close to the coast and surrounded by amazing friends and family.

Garrett is a graduate of the University of Lynchburg and after earning his MBA, has spent his professional career in Technology Services working on the customer facing side of operations, sales and solutioning. His focus is on professional contract negotiation and enterprise sales & customer relationship management and as a multi-time award/contest winning sales professional, Garrett’s success is built on a reputation of trust, customer care, and a deep focus on getting the job done for his clients.

Garrett looks at the collaborative process of selling and buying real estate as something closely aligned with his life’s pursuits whether in business or on the athletic field. From a young age, his parents Stew and Marianne instilled a sense of competition in him and were his inspiration to play Lacrosse as a young boy, then at the University of Lynchburg, as an assistant coach while pursuing his MBA, and through the present day.

With the busy schedule of a full-time tech job, fast growing real estate career, and life as a doting dad and husband, Garrett still finds time to be actively involved in his community where he is a member of his local Planning Committee chartered with creating a long-term comprehensive plan for his town.

Garrett is a member of the extended Demakis family and has joined our brokerage ranks to represent clients across the Cape and Islands where he will continue to expand his broad network and professional skills in the real estate market — a passion of his where he has experience buying, selling and managing investment properties for himself and clients.
