Before embarking on his studies at Umass Amherst, Jack attended Tabor Academy where he served as the Class of 2020 Head of School and was the recipient of the Lyndon Paul Lorusso Award, awarded to the student who demonstrates unselfish commitment and abundant willingness to help in all areas of school life. Jack's unwavering goodwill towards everyone he encounters makes him an ever constant dependable and calming presence, two characteristics that are extremely helpful when you're in the midst of any real estate transaction.

Having spent most of his life living between Mattapoisett and Falmouth, Jack has an intimate understanding of both the South Coast and Cape Cod real estate markets. And when not at school or working in the Demakis Family Real Estate office, you can find Jack spending quality time with friends and family, playing golf, tennis, or pickleball, and trying local restaurants as a senior member of the Fine Dining Association (FDA), a secretive organization dedicated to finding the next great meal. We're hoping Jack leverages this dining-out experience and starts to write restaurant reviews for the Demakis website blog. Or you can simply ask him for some restaurant advice.

While most of the time Jack will be working in collaboration with Chris Demakis and his clients, we expect in short time he'll be tackling his own real estate deals, and then someday soon we'll all probably be working for Jack.
