My wife and I weren't necessarily planning to move from Rhode Island, but we found a fixer-upper on the water that we, somewhat improbably, fell in love with despite all the work it needs. We have a Real Estate Agent that we'd happily worked with previously in Rhode Island, but he isn't licensed in Massachusetts and we didn't yet have an area Agent when we requested to view the home we'd been eyeing online. We both feel so incredibly lucky that the Real Estate Agent Zillow randomly connected us with happened to be Susan Winn! Sue is kind, diligent, good humored and professional. There were some unique circumstances to several aspects of our purchase that made things somewhat complicated, and Sue was always attentive to our queries and on top of deadlines and requirements. Her optimism, experience, and patience were very needed when things occasionally got a little stressful! She was also immediately responsive to emails or calls and widely available, always making time for us. As buyers completely new to this region, we also appreciated Sue's thoughtful tips for things to consider about the various communities we were looking in, as well as her recommendations for tradespeople, points of interest, and even restaurants. We'd happily and enthusiastically recommend Susan Winn to any home buyers looking in this area, and we'd certainly use her to sell our home as well - though we never plan to do so!

Without a doubt, Sue Winn is a first-rate Buyer's Broker. The property we purchased was originally priced higher than where I wanted to be. Because of her expert negotiating skills and her fantastic knowledge of the Mattapoisett real estate market and what properties are worth, Super Sue negotiated a final accepted sale price 30% below the list price. It took a while to get to that price, but Sue knew when to negotiate and when to let one of our several offers sit with the Sellers for a while and percolate. I am so elated I now own a true piece of Heaven and my long-time dream, and I sure as heck would not own this property if I had dealt with the Sellers' listing Agent. Plus, you know what? Sue is a great and kind person who remembers everything you tell her. And believe me, I do not throw out compliments easily.
